The Faulkner Firm was built on a simple yet profound belief: that legal guidance should be a source of dignity, not a burden during life’s most challenging moments.
Our firm was born from a personal story. Our founder, Debbie Faulkner, witnessed her own mother face the complexities of probate while grieving the loss of both parents within six weeks. In that difficult time, she realized that grief is not the time for overwhelming legal decisions. It is a time to be supported, to mourn, and to be left in peace.
This experience became our guiding principle. It’s why we take a wildly different approach to law. We are not just attorneys; we are educators and compassionate guides who believe that everyone—regardless of net worth—deserves a highly customized plan that reflects their unique values, not a cookie-cutter template.
